El multiculturalismo es algo que parece estar de moda en este momento, y con raz\u00f3n, nuestro mundo se hace cada vez m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o, pero el multiculturalismo es algo que he estado practicando toda mi vida. Es esta experiencia \u00fanica y el punto de vista que puedo contribuir a cualquier departamento creativo.<\/span><\/p>\n

He trabajado en tres pa\u00edses en dos continentes y, por lo tanto, he estado expuesto a personas de todos los \u00e1mbitos de la vida y de todo el mundo. Me doy cuenta de que la mayor\u00eda de las personas no son tan afortunadas como yo, as\u00ed que siempre he aprovechado las oportunidades que he tenido que aprender en cada uno de estos encuentros.<\/span><\/p>\n

El conocimiento m\u00e1s valioso que me han dado mis experiencias es que no importa de d\u00f3nde vengan las personas o qu\u00e9 idioma hablen, todos tienen las mismas necesidades y deseos. Hay algunas variaciones, por supuesto, peque\u00f1as sutilezas que, si se exploran y se maximizan, pueden hacer que una idea universal sea mucho m\u00e1s fuerte para la audiencia prevista. Ah\u00ed reside mi fuerza, en encontrar y explorar esos matices y puntos de vista y darles vida.<\/span><\/p>\n
